On Saturday night we played in Pomona for our friend Marco’s moving out party. We showed up to see four portable toilets. The water in the house had already been turned off (moving out party). Most people would just tell you to pee in the backyard or poop at the gas station. But not Marco. Not only was Marco a nice enough host to give the whole party four toilets to abuse, he must have put some research into it or has port-o-potty experience or something, because these were in fact, the best port-o-john’s known to man. Seriously… As soon as you stepped into the thing, a light and fan turned on. It was sweet smelling, like lavender or whatever complete freshness smells like. The light is controlled by a sensor in the floor… as soon as you leave (or step off the floor of the shitter) it turns off. It had instructions in three or four languages, it even let ya know that the water from the faucet in the sink was NOT ok to drink, in case you weren’t aware.
We’ll see if the port-o-potties at Furlough Fest live up to these top shelf shitters.
